Dek?do). Takayuki Tsukagoshi, Chairman and CEO of Tsuburaya Productions. explained that, “I have wanted more people to enjoy monsters, which are the cornerstones of Tsuburaya Productions. Then I came across this “Story of a Monster and a Girl” (????????, Kaij? to Sh?jo no Monogatari) project. Toei Animation, with whom we have partnered this time, is an anime production company with a long history of high quality works in Japan. They have produced many masterpieces for girls. By combining the respective skills of each company, this project will appeal to a worldwide audience of all ages." Katsuhiro Takagi, President of Toei Animation, added, "In addition to the production technology that Tsuburaya and Toei have already developed, we will must go to the next level in order to confront the challenges presented by this new project. The producer of KAIJU DECODE is Koichi Noguchi, a veteran of both Tsuburaya and Toei Animation. He studied with Richard Edland at BOSS FILM STUDIOS in Los Angeles, and was in charge of VFX production for SPECIES (1995), WATERWORLD (1995), and AIR FORCE ONE (1997). He was later in charge of VFX for for the Tsuburay Producttions movies ULTRAMAN TIGA: THE FINAL ODYSSEY (???????? THE FINAL ODYSSEY, Urutoraman Tiga THE FINAL ODYSSEY, 2000) and ULTRAMAN COSMOS VS ULTRAMAN JUSTICE: THE FINAL BATTLE (??????????VS???????????? THE FINAL BATTLE, Urutoraman Kosumosu VS Urutoraman Jasutisu THE FINAL BATTLE, 2003), and was the VFX supervisor for Toei`s YAMATO (??????, Otoko-tachi no Yamato, 2005), HAYABUSA: THE LONG JOURNEY HOME (???? ??????, Hayabusa Harukanaru Kikan, 2012), SAKURA GUARDIAN IN THE NORTH (????, Kita no Sakuramori, 2018), and TALKING THE PICTURES (????!, Katsuben!, 2019).
